1. How do I secure my booking?

All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card, paypal transfer or bank transfer (depending on the apartment) prior to confirmation. We can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending on your choice and current availability. However, before sending a confirmation letter, we will arrange payment details. Convenient and safe: We have a 100% secure encrypted connection for you to enter your payment details. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within a business day after sending your payment details/confirmation, please contact us. These details can also be safely phoned to our booking department during our working hours.

2. How exactly is the price formed? Is the Price per Apartment or per person?

The policy of our company ensures that the price paid is per apartment for the whole period requested. The prices shown at the apartments list can indicate rates per night/per person as well as total price. Although if there is extra number of visitors we reserve the right to charge an additional fee per person depending on the property.

3. When and how do I pay the rent for the accommodation?

Throughout the confirmation process of your booking our reservations center will ask for payment details. Some reservations will require a prepayment via credit cards or bank transfers. You can also pay online by using our online payment section. The total amount or the remaining balance will be due upon or prior to arrival at the apartment and you will be specifically notified in your confirmation (send by e-mail) what payment policies apply. You can also check our PP and T&C sections at our web site. Please note that for bank transfers different transaction charges may apply depending on the Sender Bank Institution. The client will be requested to cover them if any applied. In order to use bank transfer, please contact our customer department for bank details.

4. What are check-in and check-out hours?

Normally check-in time is set up at or after 15:00 o'clock (3 pm) and check-out time before or at 11:00 o'clock (11 am). Arrangements for an early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on the availability and notifications in advance (7days). This may only be confirmed the day before your check-in or check-out, as our availability changes rather quickly. Early check-in and late check-out fees may apply depending on the apartments.

5. Are pets allowed at the apartment?

Some apartments are pet-allowed and some others are not. Please check the apartments' details page for further information.

6. How many people can share one apartment? What is the average capacity?

The following options are possible. Studio apartment: suitable for up to 2 people, One bedroom apartment: suitable for 2-4 people, Two bedroom apartment: suitable for 4-6 people, larger apartments: suitable for 6-10 or more guests. Blow up beds are available as well in some of our apartments. However you are free to arrange your own stay as you like.

7. With what kind of beds (matrimonial, single, extensions) are the apartments equipped? What is the bed composition in the apartment?

Most apartments are provided with double and single beds. Single and double sofa beds are also available in some apartments. By personal need (preliminarily request) a set of single beds can be merged together in order to create a double bed.

8. Are the apartments easy-accessible, situated near the city centre?

All our apartments are located in the heartlands of London, within zones 1, 2 and 3 of the Underground System. In areas such as Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, Camden Town, Mayfair, River Bank and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our apartments are in the most prestigious and central locations the city has to offer. It takes only a couple of minutes with the tube to get to all of London's famous attractions or landmarks. With London´s extensive Underground system and regular buses overground, traveling around the city is remarkably easy with practically every sight.

9. Is there a lift/elevator in the house building?

Most of the buildings where we offer accommodation are provided with a lift/elevator. However some of the places in older buildings may not be provided with one. Please ask us preliminary if this is an important issue for you.

10. What would you state about the safety issues concerning the apartment?

Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments for you. All the areas we have apartments are the most protected and secured parts of the city.

11. Will I need an adapter for using the appliances in the apartment?

Yes. UK plugs are large and have three, substantial, flat prongs. They are unlike plugs used anywhere else in Europe. If you use dual voltage appliances and devices, all you will need, throughout the UK, is a simple UK Adapter Plug. UK outlets can be switched on and off at the wall. If your device doesn't work, make sure the power is turned on at the wall socket. It is recommended to have a both power adapter and converter available during your stay in England.

12. What is the damage deposit amount charged? When and under what conditions will my deposit will be refunded?

Rent Holiday Apartment may require an amount from 0.00 GBP to 1000.00 GBP (depending on the apartment) deposit against damage which is refundable after the client's check-out if left the apartment in the same condition as it was entered upon arrival.

13. How can I cancel a reservation?

Please pay close attention to our cancellation policy before securing your booking. Rent Holiday Apartment London can not be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In case of a cancellation, with regret we'll have to demand partial compensation. When possible, we prefer to ask for mild compensation. The only cases in which we are strict are the so called "no-show" situation. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from total amount of the booking. We recommend you to take out separate cancellation insurance. Cancellations over phone are not possible.

14. Will there be a fee return/refund in case of a cancellation? Under what conditions?

Rent Holiday Apartment has a detailed and precise cancellation conditions depending on the number of apartments booked, period of stay, reduction of number of guests or number of nights, preliminarily announcements. Please contact our Reservations department and you will be sent a detailed brochure stating our cancellation conditions.

15. Is it possible to receive an invoice or receipt for the reservation of an apartment?

Rent Holiday Apartment will provide you with a proper invoice or receipt upon request after the payment process is done.

16. Is there any parking available at the property?

For your convenience, some of our properties offer private parking. However, the rest of the apartments do not have private parking but a public parking is available in the nearby area. You can discuss this issue with our agent upon arrival.

17. Are there plates, cutlery, glasses, bath towels, washing up liquid, towels etc. If so for how many people?

All mentioned amenities and equipment are available for all guests. Please check the details page of your preferred apartment.

18. If I am having a dinner or other event can I invite guests who are not staying for the night?

It's a private apartment, you can invite your guests. However be informed that some apartments are not party-allowed. If a guest intend to hold a party at the apartment, the reservations department should be informed in advance (in writing) in order to confirm if the same is possible or not.

19. Is there any chance to leave slightly later check-out than the arranged check-out time?

The check-out time is strictly scheduled before or at 11:00 o'clock (11 am), but you can arrange an alternative late check-out by contacting us 7 days in advance.Charges may apply.

20. Do I book the property over the phone, via e-mail or online at the web-site?

Booking procedure depends on the property. For further details please contact our reservations department. It is your choice how you would like to proceed with the booking confirmation.

21. Is the apartment wheel chair accessible?

Most of buildings where we offer accommodation are wheel chair accessible. However some of the apartments in older buildings may not be. Please ask us preliminary if this is an important issue for you.

22. Are the apartments private? Am I going to share the apartment with Third parties?

All our apartments are completely private. Your accommodation will not be shared with third parties.
